Standard Bird Strike Window Film may be restocked, less a small inspection/restock fee and initial shipping cost. Please read our return policy for additional terms.

Custom cut, printed, and custom cut orders are generally not returnable. This is negotiable on a case-by-case basis. All returns are subject to a restocking fee; initial shipping is non-refundable.

Handling: Any perforated material is venerable to tunneling because there is less surface adhering to the liner. As with any PVC perforated window film, extreme and rapid temperature swings can cause the liner to tunnel. Always handle the product with care, trying not to compromise the natural curl. Avoid repeatedly bending the material. Allow material to adjust to room temperature before installing.

Cleaning Bird Strike Window Film

1. Clean the film with a mild soap, water, and a lint-free cloth; wring out any excess water. The fabric should be moist but not saturated.

2. Conduct a test by gently wiping a small area of Bird Strike Window film (such as a corner or other inconspicuous area) with the moist cloth to remove dirt, smudges, fingerprints, and other residues.

3. If your test spot doesn't harshly affect the film, continue to clean the entire surface gently. 

4. If necessary, dry the Bird Strike Window Film with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Note: Another option is to use compressed air to blow away dust and dirt, use caution, be sure to keep the air hose nozzle at least 12 inches away from the film/glass surface.
